Opening

Surveillance in Miami is mostly a driving job. Subjects move across Miami-Dade by car on I-95, the Palmetto and the Dolphin Expressway, and a plan that works in one neighborhood falls apart in the next. Crossroads Investigations runs surveillance in Miami and across Miami-Dade County for attorneys, insurance carriers and individuals, and writes up what we observed in a dated report.

Where Miami assignments happen

Marinas and the waterfront, the airport and cruise port areas, condo towers with controlled entrances and busy commercial streets each need a different setup. Before we start, we agree with you on the days, hours and locations to cover and whether fixed surveillance, mobile surveillance or both fits the case.

Who hires us in Miami

Attorneys use surveillance to check a claim before filing, support a divorce or alimony matter, or prepare for deposition. Insurers and defense counsel use it to verify injury, disability and workers’ compensation claims. Businesses and creditors use it for employee conduct questions and for locating people after a judgment.

What you receive

A written report with a dated log of what was observed and time-stamped photo and video. We do not charge for travel time, report writing or media uploads. Pricing is on our rates page. Florida is a two-party consent state, so we do not record audio.

How to meet

We do not run a walk-in office in Miami. We meet clients by appointment at an agreed location.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you cover all of Miami-Dade?

Yes. We work in Miami and the rest of Miami-Dade, including Aventura, and across South Florida.

How soon can surveillance start?

It depends on the scope. We keep availability across South Florida, so tell us your deadline when you call and we will plan around it.

Can the report be used in court?

Ask your attorney. We document what we observe in a way meant to be usable, and we stay within Florida law.

How many investigators will be on my case?

Most assignments use one or two. Longer or larger cases add investigators so no one works a long shift alone.
