Marc began government service with Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, and continued in the U.S. Department of State’s Human Rights Bureau. He then worked in the White House for three years, where he served as the aide to the Deputy National Security Advisor. Marc went on to become a counter-terrorism officer for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and later worked for the government in multiple overseas posts, earning several commendations for meritorious service.
In 2008, Marc opened Crossroads Investigations to sub-contract for retired CIA Chiefs of Stations with corporate due diligence contracts. Crossroads has since expanded into a full-service Private Investigation and Due Diligence firm, named by the Daily Business Review as the top Private Investigation Agency in South Florida.
In 2015, Marc was recognized with the prestigious Board Accredited Investigator (BAI) designation.

Chantal Kahale serves as Crossroads’ Director of Marketing & Sales, as well being our Management Consultant. Chantal brings with her a vast amount of experience working for international companies in positions across Europe, the Middle East and North America. She has worked to broaden the reach of these corporations to new markets, and most recently, has established herself as a leading business connector throughout South Florida’s legal and business communities.
Lash R. serves as Crossroads’ Senior Intelligence Analyst. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics. She received her Master’s degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. In 2010, Lash completed a certificate program for Business Consultants at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. She has completed full-time Turkish language training, travels extensively, and resided overseas.
Lash began her government career working as a Financial Analyst for the Federal Reserve Board in Washington DC. She then moved to Wall Street to work for the American International Group (AIG) as a Risk Analyst before returning to the federal government to join the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). She began her CIA career as an Intelligence Analyst covering financial crimes and money laundering issues. Later as a Senior Counterterrorism Analyst, she identified actors and processes associated with global terrorist financial networks. Most recently, Lash has worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant to help commercial and government organizations develop and implement programs promoting innovative thinking, organizational change, and sustainable operations.
Larry G. serves as Crossroads’ Director of Field Investigations. Larry is a former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent. During his tenure there, his investigative responsibilities included organized crime, white collar, white house inquiries, fugitive matters, major theft, public corruption, bank robbery, bank fraud & embezzlement, extortion, kidnapping, homicide, hostage situations, terrorism, foreign counter-intelligence, bombing and weapon matters. Larry also had charge of the Research and Development, Special Operations Branch, New York Office and had undercover experience in various investigations.
