Marc Hurwitz
President
Marc Hurwitz attended SUNY Buffalo for a B.A. degree in Political Science, and The George Washington University for a M.A. degree in National Security Policy.
Marc began government service with Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, and continued in the U.S. Department of State’s Human Rights Bureau. He then worked in the White House for three years, where he served as the aide to the Deputy National Security Advisor. Marc went on to become a counter-terrorism officer for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and later worked for the government in multiple overseas posts, earning several commendations for meritorious service.
In 2008, Marc opened Crossroads Investigations to sub-contract for retired CIA Chiefs of Stations with corporate due diligence contracts. Crossroads has since expanded into a full-service Private Investigation and Due Diligence firm, named by the Daily Business Review as the top Private Investigation Agency in South Florida.
Marc is a Florida Board Certified Investigator, a National Board Accredited Investigator, and a Certified International Investigator.
Marc is accredited by the Stave & Thief Society as a Bourbon Steward.

Peter Davidson
Client Relations Manager
Peter Davidson serves as Crossroads’ Business Development and Client Relations Manager. Peter is a native of Washington, D.C. who graduated from Tufts University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in both political science and English, and a Juris Doctorate from Howard University in 2013. Peter’s professional experience has spanned the worlds of policy, politics, and the law, and he is happy to utilize those experiences to in service to Crossroads’ existing and prospective clients.

Katie Ramos
Client Relations Manager and Investigator
Katie Ramos is Crossroads Investigations’ Central Florida Client Relations and Case Manager. Katie has extensive investigative and operational experience, including working for American Express and Sprint. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.

Sarah Parr
Client Relations Manager and Investigator
Sarah Parr is Crossroads Investigations’ Tampa Client Relations and Case Manager. Sarah has an extensive background in investigative quality control and has experience working with the legal community in Orlando. She is originally from California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Chelsea Conner
Client Relations Manager
Chelsea is a dynamic client relations and business development executive with 15 years of experience who offers significant expertise in creating and managing solutions to meet client needs. She prides herself on establishing and maintaining the relationships of all her clients to ensure overall satisfaction. Chelsea will always be a “Jersey girl” as she was born and raised in the small beach town of Ocean City but decided to escape the cold winters and move to Florida where she now resides. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from Stockton University.

Lashelle Roundtree
Senior Analyst
Lashelle Roundtree serves as Crossroads’ Senior Intelligence Analyst. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics. She received her Master’s degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. In 2010, Lashelle completed a certificate program for Business Consultants at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. She has completed full-time Turkish language training, travels extensively, and resided overseas.
Lashelle began her government career working as a Financial Analyst for the Federal Reserve Board in Washington DC. She then moved to Wall Street to work for the American International Group (AIG) as a Risk Analyst before returning to the federal government to join the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). She began her CIA career as an Intelligence Analyst covering financial crimes and money laundering issues. Later as a Senior Counterterrorism Analyst, she identified actors and processes associated with global terrorist financial networks. Most recently, Lashelle has worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant to help commercial and government organizations develop and implement programs promoting innovative thinking, organizational change, and sustainable operations.
